Invisalign in Pooler

Invisalign is customized for each person’s mouth. Therefore, it can take months to a year or more to align all the teeth properly to fix underbites or overbites or even just to push teeth together. During the first appointment, you will have a 3D scan of your mouth done so we can see what needs to be fixed. Then we will determine a plan for how to move the teeth to get the desired result. Other than that and continuing good mouth hygiene, you don’t need to do anything else to prepare for Invisalign. However, once you receive your Invisalign trays, it is very important to wear them for at least 20 to 22 hours per day and to clean them every night.

To clean your aligners, Invisalign suggests a 20–30 minute soak in their cleaning solution. Water and crystals combine to create this cleaning solution. Once you have properly soaked them, rinse your aligners. This nightly routine keeps the trays fresh and clean.

You should be able to see the initial results from the Invisalign treatment within 4 to 6 weeks.
