Where We Came From
Our story begins billions of years ago, when accumulated masses of cosmic dust and particles solidified into the planet we now know as Earth… Ok, we’ll skip forward a few years—to 2002, when Dr. Ruby Barkley finished her education to become a dentist.
Over the ensuing decades, she honed her skills in dental practices before opening The Whole Tooth Dentistry in 2016. Dr. Ruby brings professionalism and care to every patient, along with just a hint of fun that you can’t find anywhere else.

Preventive dentistry is the core of what we do at The Whole Tooth. Our preventive services encompass all of the treatments that help your teeth stay healthy and free from damage. However, keep in mind that ultimately your care rests on your own shoulders. Make sure to brush your teeth twice a day and floss every night in addition to our services.

We will clean your teeth thoroughly and check for early signs of tooth or gum diseases. With early detection, we can provide the best treatment for any condition, before it worsens into a more serious problem.
Even if you do have a chronic condition, Dr. Ruby can prevent it from getting worse. We treat sleep apnea by designing customized sleep appliances to help keep your airway clear. Our hygiene team will perform a more appropriate deep cleaning to treat periodontal disease. While periodontal disease cannot be totally cured, our team can help you manage or reduce your symptoms and protect your teeth as long as possible.
